Amazing place. Wonderful staff
I had requested for a firm mattress two days before my arrival. At check in, the hotel indicated that it had been done. I came back later in the evening and the bed was still the normal softness. The hotel apologized saying that there aren’t any left when I complained. No notes were left to tell me ahead of time that the hotel couldn’t accommodate my request. No shower cap or other amenities were in the bathroom either. This location definitely does not hold the same standard as other Four Seasons hotels around the world.
