Siamo stati 4 notti e ci siamo sentiti coccolati. Le stanze sono molto belle e offrono una vista meravigliosa sulla baia di San Francisco. La posizione è ottima per raggiungere a piedi, i vari Pier (anche il 39), little Italy, Chinatown è molto altro. Il quartiere è molto pulito e sicuro.
Very efficient and reactive staff! Good location within the city!
I called to make a reservation and was greeted by an incredibly rude person named Robert. There are two Four Seasons hotels in San Francisco and he refused to confirm that we were calling to make a reservation at the one on Embarcadero. He just said, “nope. This is the Four Seasons” and then proceeded to hang up on me 4 times.
