I’m giving 2 stars only because of the Four Seasons name and because we’ve been loyal guests for over 15 years. Otherwise, I would have given zero. There was a very embarrassing incident with housekeeping that I don’t want to describe here, but management will know what I mean. My husband and I were shocked by what we found in the room, and our two kids had no idea what it was and asked a lot of questions. Above and beyond. I've been to a few (30's) hotel in my life and it's the first time I feel that level of welcome. From before the entrance until after we left (you read that right), the feeling I got is "we can & will help you feel at ease". And I have not always been the easiest traveler... Above : -We chose that particular hotel because of the combo location/view. And the view did not disappoint. From the footbridge to our room, we had a reaaaally nice spot.
