Lovely hotel, lovely service! The pool is very nice and so is the room as well. The housekeeping has been keeping my room very clean and the room service is very responsive . Lovely experience
Incredibly uppity. Get that every time I go there. Staff, the valet and front desk people have this elitist mentality and one guy in particular was rude. At the bar and restaurants, they’re nice but the inconsistent service for a so-called 5 star hotel is ridiculous. Instead, I recommend Kimpton Shane Hotel. The staff there is friendly. Better vibe, chill. Don’t recommend.
