I used this company for a few years, under an annual service plan for my two A/C units. During the last service in December 2022, a condenser "went bad" and I was told I needed a replacement. I don't know if it was a coincidence or an accident that resulted in the breakage but they quoted me $3,000 MORE than a competitor quote from Just Air LLC. fast response time, friendly, reasonable prices
I’ve used Four Seasons maintenance plan for about two years and they’ve always been easy and reliable to work with. I’ve liked all their techs that have come out, but this most recent time they came out Jorge/George was the tech. He was simply excellent! Was extra thorough and patiently walked us through his observations and made sure we had all our questions answered. I would have given a 5 star review before Jorge, but his service prompted me to actually do it!
I called in because my unit wasn’t working and got the chance to speak to Reyna, she was really helpful and really kind! , She answered all my questions and concerns which I greatly appreciated, She made me feel like A priority, Overall very good customer service!!
Four Seasons has been maintaining our A/C and Heating Preventive Maintenance since we first bought our home in 2017. Every year they provide us with the best customer service. They work around your schedule. Every time I call (Reyna) to schedule my services for the year, they always agree with the date that we provide them with.
