Luis Gracida-Piza our technician went above and beyond to get our air conditioning working. He was extremely patient and thoughtful, and went to great lengths to diagnose and subsequently fix our issues to get our air conditioning back up and running during record- reading heat. He was super easy to work with, very polite, and handled a very tricky situation with grace. We’re very grateful for his help.
