Our tech Luis G-P identified the problem with our furnace quickly. He showed me what he found and explained the issue. He took care of it and performed an additional, thorough check to ensure there wasn't something else going on besides the obvious thing. He didn't rush out, but stayed to make sure everything continued to work properly. He was friendly and courteous, with a pleasant demeanor. He also provided me with tips for things to look out for in the future.
Outstanding service! Our 24 year old furnace failed and required a tech to come inspect the issue. We had someone here within 24 hours to diagnose the problem. We chose to have the furnace replaced due to its age and could not be happier with the upgrade. Jason and his son were an amazing install crew! We went from no heat to back up and running 2 days later (weather was mild so wasn't an urgent emergency). Thanks guys!
Very poor customer service. I’ve been waiting for “warranty work” from this company for weeks (if not months). DR Horton went out of their way to look for the cheapest vendor. Photos are proof of their shoddy work.
Four Seasons came out to do repair work on both a Mini-Split and a standard HVAC system in my house. They were on-time, courteous and very knowledgeable of my 2015 and 1999 HVAC units. Four Seasons did a great job.
Four Seasons was great when handling our warranty issue. It took a while to get the initial diagnosis appointment scheduled due to the heat wave. But once Tom diagnosed the issue and got the part ordered, the appointments were prompt to get our AC fixed once parts arrived. Both Tom and Ty were very professional and did a fantastic job fixing our unit.
