Ken and his crew put in an amazing gas fireplace in our new home in just a few short days. The work was professional and they were extremely kind and courteous. We are so happy with the finished fireplace. The constructed a new wall in the room for the fireplace and installed ahandmade mantle that looks phenomenal. The service, professionalism, thoroughness by Ken and his crew has been unmatched. Our AC went out in the middle of summer and that same day (end of what I'm sure was a long work day for Ken), Ken popped over to examine what was going on. Said he and his guys could work to install a new unit in two days. I've been told nightmare scenarios that people have had to wait a week or more. I have called on Ken and his team multiple times and they do an absolutely fantastic job every time. Probably one of the best service companies I have ever worked with and I can’t recommend them enough.
I needed some help with a gas log, Ken graciously told me how to solve my problem, walked me though the steps and got my fireplace working again. Very knowledgeable and helpful, I will use them again when I need the services they provide!!
