Mr.James was able to solve my problem, I had another company came out to give me a diagnosis and they told me I have to replace the whole unit and all it needs was refrigerant. Great job Mr. James highly recommend.

This was our first service call and we were very pleased. The unit was not cooling. Mr James came, spent 30 minutes diagnosing and came back requesting authorization to recharge our refrigerant. Problem solved in less than 90 minutes. We had another company in 24 hours earlier who recommended the solution was a new system for 1000s of dollars, repair was not an option. Four Seasons will be our new HVAC company. We were very impressed, he was efficient, honest, respectful… we are thankful to find Mr James.
My AC went out and they were able to fix it!!! I was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed. I like that their availability is really flexible if needed. I will be calling again for any HVAC problems.
