James came and saved the day. We got a new roof installed and it caused an issue with our central air. He quickly found the issue and was able to resolve it with a permanent and professional repair. He was friendly, punctual, and as always did an amazing job!
I am grateful we found Mr James and Four Seasons! We have had a service contract for over a year and have had no issues in between our spring and fall maintenance checks in that time. James is pleasant, friendly, professional and an expert in wha he does! Always positive and encouraging, a joy to have in our home and exudes confidence that we are well cared for.

This was our first service call and we were very pleased. The unit was not cooling. Mr James came, spent 30 minutes diagnosing and came back requesting authorization to recharge our refrigerant. Problem solved in less than 90 minutes. We had another company in 24 hours earlier who recommended the solution was a new system for 1000s of dollars, repair was not an option.
