Was fast and efficient. Was able to get the parts ordered and had my AC fixed quickly. Was flexible in working with me and my work schedule. Would use again!
I was extremely pleased with my service guy Ryan. He did excellent work, was personable and diligent in everything he did. The problem I have is that my unit is 2 years old and failed from a defective part. I was way overcharged for labor! $575 I want Ryan to be paid but under the circumstances with a defective part and the fact that they installed the new HVAC system 2 years ago, you would think a flat rate fee would be in order or some kind of discount for the fact that it was a defective part! We had a leak in AC unit. Called Four Seasons and spoke with Katie. She was very nice and extremely helpful. Josh came over in a short period of time and took care of our problem. He was professional, friendly and didn’t mind our many questions. He really shows he cares about his work and customers. Highly recommend them.
Josh came out and checked our unit and was efficient and good to deal with.
