Beware of Mark… Appalling customer service I scheduled a service appointment with Mark at Four Seasons two full weeks in advance to service my True ice machine. Two days before the appointment, I called to confirm and was told, verbatim, “What the hell are you talking about, I never schedule that far out.” No apology, no attempt to look up the appointment, just outright hostility and a flat denial that our prior conversation ever happened. He explains each and every issue, what the price is going to be and what your options are.
