Tech was very thorough with the service and respectful to our home
I call four season to get a quote how much they were gonna fix my air-conditioning and they quoted me 1995.00. The guy tried to rip me off. Try to take advantage of senior citizen. I call somebody else. All it was was a loose stem valve. He fix it. He put 1 pound of Freon in charge me $100.
Unhappy with my current provider, I decided to try Four Seasons. After getting scheduled, I went through my home owner's association and got a certificate of insurance from Four Seasons. The back and forth required 4 separate phone calls to set up. On the day of scheduled service, no one showed up. When I contacted Four Seasons, they seemed to have no way of tracking who I was or what happened. They promised that the team would follow up with me. No one bothered to follow up.
