During the furness service the technician told me about potential safety issue because “safety sensor” shows 4 volts difference across the terminals ( should be close to 0 volts). I asked the technician what type of sensor should be replaced and how much it could cost. The technician made verbal estimate $500 and promised to write type of sensor in the invoice. The staff was great! The communication between customer & company not so great. I took advantage of your special$89. Furnace cleaning & free water heater flush. Was told over phone my tankless water heater was not covered for this special. I stated that is false advertisement as no where’s did the text say tankless water heater not covered.
