My furnace went out today, and by the time we diagnosed what the issue was, it was after hours. Despite that, Four Seasons was still willing to sell me the part I needed for my furnace: the thermal limit switch. Thank you guys so much! Shout out to Jerry and Tyler. You guys rock.
In the below zero temperatures today our furnace stopped working. Called Four Seasons and in less than an hour Trevor came out- diagnosed the problem and got it fixed. Service was fast and Trevor explained exactly what went wrong. I am super impressed with the professionalism as well as the fair pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone with Heating or AC needs.
This year was my first time using Four Seasons and these guys were incredible! I have used another heating company in previous years for problems with my furnace, and was getting frustrated with that company's multi-day response time. Called up FS on a whim after seeing their trucks around town, and Trevor was able to get a tech to my house twice on the same day. Have used this company for years. Always have come the same day and do furnace, water heater or AC repair at a reasonable price. Tyler had our water heater repaired quickly snd online again. We will have Four Seasons replace the old heater next year since it is 12 years old. Great company.
