Bill went way above on service, so impressed with his work ethics. My air went out on this hot day and he worked to fix my air conditioner while pouring rain and hail. Thank you Bill for the above and beyond service today.
I was charged a hourly rate of $145 per hour. They diagnosed that my mini split was low on refrigerant and charged it up for me. They didn't have the right tools the first time they came over so they resolved it on the return trip. The receptionist was very nice, but it took a little bit of phone tag to get a call back after the initial visit for the second one. If there was a leak in my system, they were unable to find it.
