Update : called and finally Jessica answered on 8/19/2025 Spoke to her for 28 mins. I asked for someone to come out and check the system. I asked few questions, she said she wasnt tech and would call me back. She never did.. I am not being unreasonable in my request for service. They know who I am. Had new air handler and outdoor unit installed in late may 2025. Included in quote was air handler, outdoor unit, new disconnect, new pad and thermostat. They did not do the disconnect, pad or thermostat. I had to have them come out because they didnt install condensation drain. The thermostat i had was old from 2007 and the unit didn't seem to be communicating properly as I woukd have to constantly be adjusting it or the system would run all day without meeting set temp and this was in mild weather. Jessica, Dennis, Jeff are delightful. Everyone at Four Seasons is so very nice and helpful. I feel blessed to have them and their services. Such a nice family owned business which is so very rare these days. My mom, sister and I are all loyal customers. They are honest, fair and if something needs just fixed, they fix it. If it needs replaced, they will install it correctly. A great family of professionals! Thank you Four Seasons !

I was very pleased with the service I received from 4 Seasons heating and air conditioning. Clint came out and cleaned my furnaces for the apartment building. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I will definitely recommend 4 Seasons and I will be using them from here on out.
