Been very disappointed the last two years. Last year the pool and hot tub were empty. They let us use the hotel pool instead. Chlorine was so strong there we were all miserable and had to leave. This year hot tub and pool are the same temperature- both cold.
RecommendedIt was a nice campground. We were here last year and you can see some small changes. I hope to see more changes by next year.
We were supposed to stay for a week, we left after one night. This campground is situated in between two major highways and a train ran about forty feet from our camper, the two sites next to us were a catch all for junk and the dumpster was literally overflowing, even after being dumped the ground was covered in at least 20 garbage bags and debris. Was not impressed with this park. Sites not level, car doors slamming all night long. Had a wedding and loud music till 3 a.m. I would not recommend to anyone.
Bad 10.00 if you want to check in before 3:00. We had no power and no one is here until 9. Do not come here it is bad
I’ve been holding off on writing a review of this campground but the time has come. We’ve been coming up to Midland every fall for the Northwood auto show for the last 15 years and we always stayed at a hotel in town. After we picked up our camper 5 years ago we started camping at this campground. A prerequisite for any campground we go to is a pool. If it doesn’t have a pool we won’t stay there. We've stayed here 3 times 2 under previous owners now under new owners. The difference really shows. You can see that these owners are working their butts off to put it into Triple AAA shape. I'd recommend this Park to everyone coming thru this area of Michigan. Quite and peaceful with full hookups and plenty of space to park your rig and enjoy the nightly fire.
Great place the owners helped me out when I didn't realize I booked the wrong site . Very accommodating ! We will back again for sure !!!
