DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! They do not take care of anything. They do not update any of the units there’s cracks in my ceiling. There’s cracks in the balcony. There’s mold everywhere my windows don’t even keep out the condensation. My house drops at least 20° in the winter time because the windows are so bad and the door is so bad. Do not move here!!! They increase the rent allll the time. This month it increased by $120!!!
Slumlords managing gross moldy building filled with wood rot. I do appreciate the owner of the rental company refunding my deposit after what was almost a legal battle. Management here is weird. Don’t move here if you have a dog, despite it being “dog friendly” neighbors can’t handle dog barks and will complain nonstop. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

Mold infested, dont live here, we are counting down the months until we are out of our 1 yr lease... and im already sick all the time..lived here only 6 months and cant wait to leave! Stinkiest, most disgusting place ive had to be stuck in!
