The four seasons company stinks. we have purchased two sunrooms from this company over time. our current one was installed in 2001. I have been trying to deal with them for several months now as there is an issue with the wood underneath the windows. One dealer came out and after two months of talking to him and he made one trip out, he finally decided there is nothing he is able to do...and the company refuses to do anything.
