If you’re looking for a company that values customer service and accountability. This is the shop! Every customer fears being ripped off going into mechanic shops. Scott and his crew went above and beyond the meaning of credibility and accountability. Highly recommended diesel shop only shop I’ll ever take my truck to! If they had a sixth star I would give it.
They were so communicative about what was going on with our truck. Explained everything in great detail to make sure we were on the same page and explained to us our options clearly. Also made let us take time to talk things over before making any decisions, not pushy at all. Cliff was incredibly nice and helped me understand all the aspects of what they did. Seriously couldn’t recommend them higher.
Once again, Scott came through. His knowledge, abilities, and honesty are absolutely top-notch, and my truck now shifts as good as when it was new. The recent addition of Cliff at the front desk has made the entire experience even smoother—friendly, efficient, and professional. Four Seasons continues to set the bar for great service. Highly recommend.
Took our truck here for a 2nd opinion because the previous shop seemed fishy - Scott got us fixed up same day and it was not even the $7K fix the other shop said it was. Highly recommend.
