Horrible experience. Dark hallways musty smell throughout the whole place. Going to our room on the 3rd floor had to pass a dirty "kitchen" which had junk pulled broken ceiling fan sitting on the floor. Our bedroom door could be easily opened even when locked so we slept with a chair propped up against it. Only 1 working lightbulb in the bathroom. Old stained sheets on the bed. TV remote had no batteries in it. This was the last stop on our honeymoon and we were supposed to stay 2 nights we left early and didn't stay the 2nd... read more
Where do I start? I am sure, at one time, the Inn was wonderful. The Inn was well kept on the outside and the inside was clean but that was about it. When we asked for towels, we did receive them but some were torn and ragged. Our air unit did not work well. The room stayed hot, we all slept on top of the sheets. The manager/maintenance, he claimed to be both, was more concerned with us running our credit card then answering our questions. After looking at breakfast, my husband drove to Glasgow for breakfast. Recommendedpleasant and relaxing and friendly
This place is precisely as advertised. It is a little dated, but clean and quiet. By the time we got to breakfast, more coffee had to be made and the eggs were gone. We were only passing through and it more than served it’s purpose.
Our stay was nice, the breakfast could of been better, we had a business king room, the microwave didnt work, no hair dryer... I LOVED our room, but someone needs to be there on a regular basis. Very cute destination.... management just needed to step up a little bit.
I have stayed here more than once, we love this place, refreshing from Las Vegas Nevada.
Worst place ever. Over priced, NO breakfast (unless you crave stale bagels with no condiments or Sam's Club mini muffins), 1 pot of coffee. Rude, inarticulate management. Room was marginal, but outrageous on price considering the terrible management. Refuse to allow locals without huge depisit. Only good thing about the entire place was good towels. Will be reporting to local BBB.
Nice place, clean. No coffee available until breakfast at 6:00 and no one at the front desk. The owner offered to change the battery in the smoke alarm that has chirped since 4:00 AM but my wife is sleeping through it somehow. It is quiet and the new owners will need to get these things figured out.
