They people working for these caterers did a great job. There was a very tasty orange rice with orange rinds and well seasoned grill chicken kabobs. Also there was a green rice and traditional qabli served with shredded carrots and raisin they also had an assortment of other dishes that were great too. I was really worried that food would run out because more people showed up than we had planned but thankfully they were well prepared and pulled out more trays from a warmer cart.
