didn't do their job. our house we are finding should have never passed the fha appraisal process. the fixes required weren't even done as the paint was still peeling but we figured if that was the only thing we would be fine. the electric is illegal and obviously so and the chimney is labeled structurally unsound. should have never been approved. we have owned our hour barely a month and are looking at tens of thousands in repairs that should have never passed fha.
