I lived at Peony Village for two years and loved it! I did extensive research on places to live in Omaha- and this place had everything I wanted. Great location right near Dodge, washer/dryer in unit, walking distance to a grocery store, quiet, and access to the Keystone bike trail! Any maintenance issue was resolved in a timely manner. The staff was always very kind and personable. The apartments are incredibly spacious and well maintained. I will forever recommend Peony Village to anyone that asks!

I lived at Villa Vinee for 5.5 years and only moved due to getting married to someone with a house and husky. The 1 bedroom apartment was large with lots of storage, including a walk-in closet. Maintenance were always friendly and very responsive to anything needing done. Parking is a bit tight, but I was able to park in the office lot and the staff were always nice when I would call in to work sick and forget to move my car.
