Rename this Place Nickeled & Dimed My wife & I lived at Four Seasons Apartments for 5 years. The apartments were decent. The landlord was generally nice, and the maintenance was very good. But these good things were more than outweighed by the bad: Robert Hancock & Co. was greedy & almost cutthroat. We felt nickeled & dimed our entire 5 years there. There are so many great things that come with living at Four Seasons! I've only been here a little over a month, yet it feels like home already. When I moved in, there was an issue with some of the cable outlets, and Mindy went above and beyond to get things squared away for me lickety split (over the weekend mind you) . Maintenance has been super responsive. I had a low priority work order, and it was resolved the same day I called it in! This complex is really nice. The grounds are managed beautifully and user friendly with patios with tables, umbrellas and charcole grills. My neighbors are great when I see them, but I never hear anything in my place!
I have lived in 4 different apartments in Omaha. This one is the best .The staff is polite and listens to whatever concerns you. That has been a big problem at the past apartments I have lived in.
