RecommendedGreat location - right next to the bike trails! The management was always really easy to work with and had no issues living there. Would recommend to anyone searching for a great place in Omaha!

Rename this Place Nickeled & Dimed My wife & I lived at Four Seasons Apartments for 5 years. The apartments were decent. The landlord was generally nice, and the maintenance was very good. But these good things were more than outweighed by the bad: Robert Hancock & Co. was greedy & almost cutthroat. We felt nickeled & dimed our entire 5 years there. Misinformed by both the assistant manager and the manager. Unfortunately we took their word on something related to rent instead of looking at our lease (our mistake) but the at the very least Robert & Hancock could properly train their management. Over all, our stay at villa vinee was not pleasant. I’ve had issues with two apartment complexes within Robert & Hancock - please anyone who is thinking of renting here feel free to PM with details. Britany Meyer (the property manager) Is very condescending.

RecommendedVilla Vinee apartments have been great! My husband and I moved in shortly after we got married and it has been perfect. Nice size apartments, updated, friendly staff who are always willing to assist you! My favorite part is the beautiful property and central location. The maintenance team is amazing, very prompt with any issues you have and keep the grounds and pool looking fabulous!! We will miss villa Vinee, it has been a great home!!! Absolutely loved our spacious apartment!!!
RecommendedVilla vine has been a great place for my wife and I to start our new lives together! We have been here for almost two years and love how clean the property is, how prompt the maintenance team is, and how friendly all of our neighbors are! So much to do around the are and great food as well!!
