    Do not rent from them. It was all good when. I lived there but when I moved out they charged unreal amount of money for things they shouldn't have. 3 blinds broken $90 when it was only 1. A small piece of laminate that was ripped because the washer and dryer didn't fit where they said it would $100. $435 for carpet that was not new when I moved in and I lived in the apartment for over 2 years. Gwen in the office will get amnesia when you remind her of a conversation.
