Lived here for about a year and a half before purchasing a home. I had a 2 bedroom unit and there was plenty of space for my wife and I. Bedrooms are big and closets have more space than we knew what to do with. You can’t beat the price for the area as it is minutes from everything you would need; parks, restaurants, shopping,etc. Tom was friendly in all of our phone calls, emails, and texts and any maintenance issues we had occur were resolved in a timely manner.
I lived here for 4 years, I never had any common issues people complain about. John C.R. Kelly has a real knack for choosing good tenants, great value, issues are resolved quickly. And as a heads up, if you leave the apartment in reasonably good shape, yes they will not try to beat u out of ur security deposit as some complaints I hear from other companies. Moved out of state but if I were to head back to Pittsburgh, would definitely give them a call. Thanks Tom, it was a great 4 years.
