I've had a great experience with Fountain Park Apartments! The community is well-maintained, the location is super convenient, and the layout of the apartments is both functional and comfortable. The office and maintenance staff have been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance. When we first moved in, we didn’t even have a working oven. The gas line was shut off—and it felt intentional, like they were trying to hide a deeper issue. Now, months later, we’re still dealing with gas leaks that haven’t been properly addressed. Nothing gets fixed, only passed on. Stay away from Building D. If I say anything on here, they will make my life hell again😩 I don’t even live there anymore and I’m scared of what they will say or do next but I couldn’t sleep at night with out warning You-- If you wanna be homeless, try to live here.
