Tried scheduling a showing with them a couple of times. Both times my appointment got cancelled for no reason. This place is a joke. Do not recommend!!
My family was one of the ones displaced by the new owners. Only gave us 3 months notice that they wouldn't allow us to sign another lease, nowhere near enough time for us to save up for a security deposit and other moving fees. They also raised the rent $500 more than what we were paying pricing us out of the apartments all together.
My family was one of the ones displaced by the new owners. They also raised the rent $500 more than what we were paying pricing us out of the apartments all together.
By far the worst place to live. The New Owners have displaced so many families all while raising the rent by 50% and not tending to safety concerns or major issues. You can change the name but it’s still not worth the $
I have family living here and when I visit, I am always impressed with the peaceful setting, comfortable apartments and the friendly and helpful staff.
