Although started out a good experience, series of management changes have led to experiencing rent increases, poor communication all while property becomes less desirable with removal of landscaping to handle long-standing deferred maintenance and not replacing leaving stumps, poor lawn quality, and dirt instead. Built in 70s, insulation is very poor - sound travels readily, and some sounds would be much better not heard! these people were rude! the maintenance guy showed us around 3 times to look at different apartments and we asked him if we would be good to move in and he gave us apps and everything and said yea just fill these out and come back. so we did and the lady that owned the place took seriously one look at us and said No! not happening. she said something about having problem with young adults before and she would even look at our apps or anything and little did she know we had our apps filled out we had the app fee in hand and w... read more

We are coming to the end of our 6 month lease on our 2 bed 2 bath apartment. The only reason we are moving away is because we need a yard for our animals. The apartment is well planned and pleasant. The management is pleasant, efficient and always available. Our apartment had a couple of electrical problems that were dealt with immediately by management, at no inconvenience to us. The management has been tolerant of our animals because both the managers and the assistant manager have dogs. We strongly recommend Four Seasons ... read more
I really enjoy the neighbors and the people in charge; very friendly. The only downfall is the lack of A/C and the firehouse on the corner. The apartments are very spacious for the price!
