Posted a maintenance request last night and Eugene took care of my pblm bright and early.
Had a terrible experience living here i left to drop my daughter off came back my unit door was unlocked and the maintenance man Eugene was next door all my valuables were gone safe living here if u have stuff worth losing Eugene a robber! I have no reason to lie this is not a fake post or page he bought a Cadillac truck the next week!And the lady in the office offer me fake pay check stubs cause I was unemployed at the time I forgot to mention!

Hi first wanna start out by saying I love these apartments! So much better than my last apartment like for real! The leasing staff have been so great and helpful especially Ms. Delorian Butts! She was so helpful and understanding and very very patient with me. I was so eager to get out of my last apartments and she made that possible for me! Unfair and Unclear "Inspection Fee" — Tenants, Please Read Before You Move In! After reading numerous reviews describing similar experiences, I decided to share my story and warn potential residents about this unfair and exploitative policy: no matter how well you maintain or clean your unit, they always seem to find a way to charge you.
