Updating that I signed my 4th lease. I still love living here with my dog. The property is clean and well kept, as well as the buildings, especially the one I live in. Love our maintenance crew. It's a diverse gated community and the people are very friendly. Close to shopping and the freeway.
You cannot beat the caliber of the staff at Four Seasons. Working with them made my three years at this beautiful residence truly special. Although I had to leave due to a new job opportunity that required relocation to St Louis, I will never forget the Four Seasons administrative and security staff, maintenance team, and residents who together maintained a top notch community. Proximity to beautiful parks, the Beachwood police and fire departments, make this gated community one of the safest places to live in Ohio.
Best place to live in N.E. Ohio if you are in the apartment scene. Great residents and apartment staff, the Fpur Seasons sets the standard.
Recently toured a few units and visited a friend in Building 4. The tour was great. The leasing agent was full of energy and sold us on the amenities and community. The complex is advertised as a luxury apartment experience, but do note that the cost of living here is much higher than at other luxury apartments in the immediate area. Terrible. Super greedy. I gave 30 notice that I was moving out in middle of February. Instead of prorating my rent, I was responsible for whole month of February. Cool. Not only that but they are charging me a month to month rate for the month of March. But I moved out on Valentine's day. Makes no sense. Also the walls and ceiling are paper thin. You can hear you neighbor's every single move, even when they use the restroom. Maintenance is quick but the do terrible work, you'll need to call them 3 times for the same thing. A... read more
