My neighbor situation is a nightmare! They're constantly slamming doors amd blasting music at night.
There are a few new tenants, making a huge mess, blasting music, yelling, and trashing the place! The property managers don't do anything; they just want their rent.
Eugene promptly responded to our maintenance requst. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. It would be wonderful to have him in bldg 3 permanently as our maintenance person. Joyce and Bob Young apt 611
