This place is a joke jill the manager had nothing better to do then make life in this community miserable for the people who owned older trailers I lived here for 5 years and it was nothing but heartache and headache between notices about silly things like toys in the yard or where my trashcans were located to notices about painting my trailer and replacing steps and skirting they never ended once they started pulling old trailers and putting new ones in.
The maintenance Guy is Amazing🙌🏽Any Problems we have He always come out as soon as possible and with such an amazing spirit and gets the job done he’s very respectful and well mannered always extending a helping hand and Never gives attitude and always have great energy..I would also like to say it’s a pleasure to have sieairre she always communicate and keep you updated on inspections yard work and any upcoming communities events it amazing to have great people that loves to help assist you… it’s a blessing to live here🙏... read more
Let me just start off by saying this entire review is a huge shout out to Shannon our new maintenance man, and Sierra in the front office. Our new maintenance man Shannon is GREAT! He doesn’t just wait for problems to pop up he ACTUALLY fixes them. (Which isn’t NOT something I can say happened before…at all).
