Sun homes is AWFUL! They lie about everything to get you in and then turn into the greedy monsters they've always been! They dont give a crap about you and your family. You are not allowed to have ANYTHING outside of your home. You are only allowed 2 chairs. No bikes, no toys, nothing. You will get a 50 dollar fine. Very clean and the staff was friendly it could be alot more affordable though
I have been there for 10yrs and we like it office staff are friendly and easy to work with.

This place is a joke jill the manager had nothing better to do then make life in this community miserable for the people who owned older trailers I lived here for 5 years and it was nothing but heartache and headache between notices about silly things like toys in the yard or where my trashcans were located to notices about painting my trailer and replacing steps and skirting they never ended once they started pulling old trailers and putting new ones in.
