Now that I’m finally out of this trailer park, I can leave a real, honest review. First off, don’t be fooled by the “beautiful” homes. A lot of what looks “nice” is just patched-up work that doesn’t hold up. There’s so much to say. We had mice and roaches, and we were told to handle it ourselves—likely an issue from the forest right in front of us. My man n I have lived here for 4 years and it just keeps getting worse. They don't update you when things change so we got a violation because we had no idea that the trash company didn't pick up large items... if you "miss" mow day or don't think you should mow they will mow for you and even if your grass is dead and when they do try to mow your grass they will charge you $50 EXTRA dollars as if they aren't constantly rasing lot rent... we just paid $707 FOR A TINY ASS LOT with dead ass grass because it's been dry af out.
