Absolute scam. No shows and when they did "service" dumped and left a full skimmer basket of dead bugs and leaves on the deck. Had to get the water stabilized on my own. Never vacuumed. Pictures taken from far away to confirm "service was completed." Customer service refuses to accept the pictures I've sent showing dirt piled up on bottom and ledge. Took 2+ weeks to get a call back and still don't have confirmation that I'll be refunded close to $2k for maybe one adequate service. Was told "it will take time to investigate" ... read more

First of all, I have nothing good to say about South Haven Four season, pool and spa. We are a property management company and this is the only pool and spa place that we've had problems with. They have lied to us numerous times saying that they have cleaned our hot tub and put chemicals in. Come to find out neither of these things have happened. The only thing that they have done was go and clean the screen. My owners work very hard for their money and shame on you for take it and not doing your job that they paid you to do... read more
