**1/5 Stars – Painful experience and terrible quality** My diughter had a terrible experience at Four Seasons Nail Spa. The acrylic design was messy, uneven, and covered in trapped dust. When she gently pointed out an issue, the technician became visibly angry. Worse, the filing was so aggressive that it cut the skin around her cuticles and thinned her nail beds, leaving her in severe pain and taking painkillers. Been here a couple of times and decided to give them another chance. I got shellac expecting it would last longer, but it already started chipping within 2 days! Also noticed that the polish didn’t reach the bottom of my nail bed making it look grown out immediately. I chose not to reach out as some of the responses to other reviews gave me the impression that my concerns wouldn’t be taken seriously.
