Been here a couple of times and decided to give them another chance. I got shellac expecting it would last longer, but it already started chipping within 2 days! Also noticed that the polish didn’t reach the bottom of my nail bed making it look grown out immediately. I chose not to reach out as some of the responses to other reviews gave me the impression that my concerns wouldn’t be taken seriously. ✨ I can’t recommend this salon enough. I’ve been coming here for quite a while now and every experience has been amazing. No matter who I book with, I always leave happy with my nails 💅 Throughout the process they always check in about the shape, color, length, and overall look to make sure you’re happy every step of the way ❤️ If you bring in a reference photo, they ask thoughtful clarifying questions and set realistic expectations so there are no surprises.
