Have had a terrible experience here. Asked for my contact prescription to be faxed to a clinic closer to my home, and they sent my glasses prescription. It was the weekend so I could not get what I needed until the following Monday. Additionally, when I finally obtained my contact prescription in person, they listed and finalized a brand that I had not confirmed, trapping me into a brand I didn’t want, and the only way to change it was to pay for an additional lease fitting appointment. Good assortment of frames, been disappointed in my last two prescriptions from them. Might be my age, or just old eyes. ....
Went here for glasses and contacts! Doctor was thorough in explaining and I didn't feel rushed. Staff was kind with many frames to chose from. Good insurance coverage, will go again next year.
Closed on random days with no warning because the company has fewer doctors than locations. Use a different company.
