I bought an Armstrong furnace, Trane AC and a A&O Smith hot water tank from Four Seasons back in early Nov. The overall process was very smooth and so far everything have been running great without any issues. What stood out to me was Craig’s professionalism, responsiveness and friendliness. We purchased a new American standard furnace from this mere *** salesman / middle man *** who uses sub contractors that are very Inferior over 6 years a go *** big mistake *** and were told we would have 10 years parts warranty but we recently found out our furnace was never registered on time which meant only basic 5 years instead and when we brought that to their attention we were given a hard time and no real explanation was given no surprise for someone with zero technical knowledge and no hands on nor trade qualificatio... read more

Our 2.5 ton Amercican standards was installed with an undersized indoor evaporative coil capacity 2 ton which lead to so much strain and wear & tear that it damaged the compressor prematurely . We had to replace the whole entire system both inside and out so our family gets to enjoy cold air . 2nd system was installed properly with 10 years warranty after our equipment were registered online . As a result we strongly do not recommend Four season discomfort .

Make sure you check your model and serial numbers with Manufacture less than 30 days after installation date if you re in doubt about extended warranty.There used to ... read more
