We purchased a new American standard furnace from this company over 6 years ago *** big mistake *** and were told we would have 10 years parts warranty but we recently found out our furnace was never registered on time which meant only basic 5 years instead and when we brought that to their attention we were given a hard time and no real explanation was given .
