Craig is just beyond being a professional! He is an amazing human being! I needed a thermostat that my installer in Ottawa couldn't get for 6 months. Craig made it happen in less than 1 hour while being in the GTA! For the context, I am not even a paying customer! We purchased a new American standard furnace from this company over 6 years ago *** big mistake *** and were told we would have 10 years parts warranty but we recently found out our furnace was never registered on time which meant only basic 5 years instead and when we brought that to their attention we were given a hard time and no real explanation was given .
