I went for a wash in blow dry, the person who serviced me was inexperienced, she didn't dry my hair before the blow dry ,the entire time she holds the dryer to close to my scalp burning my skin, her excuse was the dryer is to powerful, that 50% of my hair stay on the brush, 3 weeks now I'm still loosing my hair .
Raquel did a Great job on my daughters hair today, total transformation.
