We have been owners of week 32 for twenty five years and have loved Four Sails this whole time. A couple of years ago the owner's association hired Capital Management to manage the property. After a short time in place, Capital has begun to shine. The maintenance and housekeeping staff have been very helpful, welcoming and friendly. I have been an owner for week 32 for over 25 years. In the past, I have always experienced great service from the front desk. That is until, until this year! I am very sorry to report, but this year, I am extreemly disappointed with the front desk manager. I had to report the bathtub faucet was still leaking (from last year!), and the manager was "dismissive" of my concern saying, "we know, it's on the list."
