Horrible initial experience. Nothing was clean in our room. Plates, cups, bowls and baking pan were in cabinets, microwave and oven the way you see them after the family ate. Coffee filter and machine had powdered Coffee grounds on the whole machine. Place wasn't vacuumed, dusted or wiped down. We spent a full day cleaning because we didn't trust them to clean it correctly. Pointed out all the issues and showed pictures of what we had already cleaned. Very cool fun area the pool was nice an the double porch very cool
Every room has a spectacular view of the ocean, overlooking the northern part of the Virginia Beach boardwalk. We stayed in room 1203. The room itself is a one bedroom, full kitchen unit. The bathroom and kitchen need some updates, the grout between the tiles and the carpet seen dirty. There is a free parking deck. All that being said, I'd stay here again just for the view.
We visit every year except last year. It’s our wedding anniversary gift from our daughter and we love it!! See you next year! Maybe sooner
Love this place, but rooms need a refresh. Had some peeling wallpaper and appliances were rusty. It is in a great location to walk most places we like to go to while in town and staff is very nice. We love Kate's restaurant!!
