The manager refuses to speak to guest with future reservations when the hotel is trying to cancel inside of a week from a reservation beginning. Recommend you avoid this hotel at all cost.
Booked a King oceanfront and got a Queen instead. My wife wears a cpap and we need the extra room. Very uncomfortable 3 night stay! The bedroom faced the street, not the ocean as promised. So much for watching the sunrise in bed as this was the reason we booked this room. We booked this months in advance. Everyone is entitled to their opinion so I will share mine. After reading some one star reviews I must totally disagree. Perhaps they were overnight guests that expected perfection. I have stayed here for many years. The staff is like a family to each other. One member of housekeeping has been here for 18 years. They are the best. I had a problem with a bathroom towel rack on arrival and maintenance was here in five minutes. They are always updating things in the units. The furniture looks great. Great staff. Parking best for smaller cars. Spaces are tight for minivan and larger. Beautiful view of beach from full length balcony.
I have been eating breakfast at Katie's restaurant for 3 years. The service is good and the food is excellent. You can choose a la Carte, as well.
