The professionalism displayed by the instructors at 4Rivers CrossFit is impressive! The gym is aesthetically pleasing, uses high quality equipment, offers different fitness classes such as yoga and nutritional guidance and the atmosphere is positive. Tony was great! I’ve never done CrossFit before and he made sure to stick with me and help get my form right while also leading an entire class! The environment is great! Excited to continue!
