Don’t make the same mistake I did and many others like me. This place is a dump:; amenities are a joke, no security and the office staff is rude or absent. They’ll Jack up your rent and either you move or live in disgust and frustration. Why? “Because it’s Miami baby.”Keep looking around. There’s Better than this fake place. You’ll regret it within 3-6 months.
Don’t make the same mistake many others did. Including me; I didn’t read all the reviews and wanted to be close to family. What a nightmare. PS - they Jack up their positive ratings via staff or something else. The place is a dump and they charge you insane prices for a absolute insecure, horrible office staff, disgusting trash area and pathetic amenities. DO NOT RENT HERE.
I left a star because I had to. During my stay I had to deal with duck poop everywhere and black and red ants all over my apartment! I was able to deal with those things but what makes me most upset about this company is that I was forced to move out 3 days before my lease was over since it ended on Christmas Eve and they didn't want to do my walk-through on the weekend.
