0 STARS – A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE Avoid Four Points Insurance at ALL costs. This has been one of the most frustrating and exhausting experiences I’ve ever dealt with. Four Points Insurance was amazing. The service was top notch. The repair to my car was completed and reimbursement was quick. Darlene Goguen supported me throughout the process. I felt heard and respected. Excellent and I recommend Four Points Insurance.

Due to an accident we had to deal with both Icbc and four points The difference in treatment was excellent with four points especially with two of there adjusters Brandie Gugliotta and Francis There response to our claim was amazing and there assistance in arranging rental car and going through the process was first class, more importantly both of them were making sure us as the customer were being taken care off The car was deemed a write off and we received a prompt and fair $ replacement deposit and more importantly was d... read more
