Purchased a 515k dollar home from them to get a deck they installed in the middle of the sliding glass door. Had so many initial issues with new construction that they did come out and repeatedly had to address.Issues with paint that is so cheap and caulking . Issues three or more times with sink leaking . Air blowing through doors not set correctly. Issues with flooring . Now fireplace has heavy draft blowing through it and they know it’s problem and I have email from Raymond Smith Jr knowing it is a problem and they will not address it .
