Had so many initial issues with new construction that they did come out and repeatedly had to address.Issues with paint that is so cheap and caulking . Issues three or more times with sink leaking . Air blowing through doors not set correctly. Issues with flooring . Now fireplace has heavy draft blowing through it and they know it’s problem and I have email from Raymond Smith Jr knowing it is a problem and they will not address it .
