Hosted a medium-sized event in the conference rooms at this hotel. Could not recommend Four Points, especially their event coordinator Irazema, enough! The space was open, cool, prepared, clean, and perfect for hosting a professional event. Irazema was the best person for the job. She was prompt, friendly, and even handled potential issues before they arose. I would hire Irazema in a heartbeat at any company. She deserves a raise!!! Very happy with this space. We definitely plan to return!
The staff are all really nice and the room was clean and well stocked. However our AC really struggled, it was VERY loud (I had to set the TV volume to 92) and it only really cooled late at night. On top of that, the bathroom door squeaked so loud, I know I woke my hubby at night and I'm guessing I also woke the people in the next room. Worst of all the toilet kept slowly draining and refilling all night. I am a loyal Marriott family property member but this room was a miss.
Very nice hotel, especially for small kids. The beds are very comfortable and the pool has half of it where my 3 year old could walk around. The restaurant attached is just alright but its a cool atmosphere for a trip all in all a great place to dtay in a town like yuma.
