Everything at this location is lovely
The hotel itself is pretty standard. Nothing makes it a 4-5 star place and a little bummed about not having a continental breakfast, but the customer service was top notch and that is why the 5 stars. Super friendly. Very understanding of our situation. Thankful they were so customer service oriented.

I've stayed at many hotels. This one is very well run! Happy employees, which I like to see. Good atmosphere. Great breakfast for a hotel. The rooms are clean and well kept. The cleaning staff have an impressive attention to detail. The attached restaurant is very good too! I'm very impressed and happy to be staying here instead of across the street! Antonina made my day! As well as Paolo at the front counter.
