Just not a big fan of their restaurant. It's ok but not great. My most recent stay was ok, but their parking lot was jammed packed. I was forced to park illegally, always baffles me when there are less stalls than rooms. Their underground parking garage is 5'5 so no chance for a pick up to fit.
Huge thank you to the hotel and the front reception for helping us with a refund issue, a company accidentally billed us for a room that was cancelled and although there were some back and forth, a lady helped us submit in a refund request. It was an awkward situation where the hotel directly couldn't issue the refund and told us to go to the company, the company wanted verification from the hotel instead of us so we had to call the hotel back and beg for help basically.
