TRULY RECOMMEND! After an overnight flight delay, the airline comped a night at this hotel for me and it truly was SUCH an unexpected gift. The view was beautiful, the outdoor pool was warm, the room was silent, and the bed was perfect. The front desk was really helpful, shout out to Angela for setting me up and being so great.
Room was nice... shower less so, shower curtain partially falling off.

Really bad hotel. Charged me twice and nobody deals with it. Terrible experience. Avoid if you don’t want to get into trouble.
Do NOT book this hotel if you care about airport shuttle. Called to be told the driver was “just leaving” and would arrive in 15 minutes. Called again after 30 minutes and immediately hung up on after “he’s on the way” — what about when he was on the way half an hour earlier? Shuttle eventually arrived after 45 minutes. Furthermore, on departure morning, I was told I was should have signed up for a shuttle slot… this was never mentioned at check in. You are an airport hotel advertising a shuttle, these are basics to cover.
