I spent one night in the hotel, service was good restaurant was really good the salmon .unfortunately the wifi wasn't working but the rest I had good stay

Horrible experience: Our family stayed at this hotel after a cruise. We arrived prior to check in time. We were aware that you are not guaranteed a room prior to check-in time; however, according to the information given once you complete digital check in, you may be able to check in based on room availability. Our family had a total of six rooms combined. The desk clerk, Fernando informed us that it would be $50.00 if we wanted to check in early, or we could wait until 5 minutes before check in time for him to check us in. ... read more
