Shuttle was helpful for getting to airport
We called ahead of time to let them know we would be there early. We got here at 930am and made us wait untill 2 pm to check in my kids were literally sleeping in the lobby. Im a housekeeper at actual nice hotel and we never met people waot to check in . We immediately clean and inspect rooms . And then they started checking in people who just got here. The restaurant on the hotel is ridiculous expensive 25 bucks for a cheap entree. The staff isn't very friendly either.
Walked in about 230pm and the first desk agent was rude as heck. She didnt even look us in the face and said check-in isn't until 4 come back then. At 4 we came back a different young pady was so much more welcoming. Explained where the room was and how to get there. Not a good place for a solo traveler! Upon check in the staff person Shouted my room number so that everyone around could hear. Parking is limited and not secure and cost $17 per night. Lots of people sleeping in their cars in parking lot. No security on site. Very scary! Breakfast is very limited in selection and is $20. Not worth it. I had to explain to an international couple that this is not a normal American breakfast buffet. The rooms are nice but it was loud at night because walls are thin. Worked with Kylie at the front desk working out our plans for September arrival she was so helpful. Awesome job so far for the SERVICE can’t wait to come to the hotel.
