Rude staff and the shuttle took nearly an hour to arrive when they said it would be 20 minutes. Do not recommend
If you are traveling through the Seattle airport stay anywhere else you can: Double Tree, Radisson, etc. Shuttle service is non functional and desk staff was curt and unhelpful. We spent over two hours trying to get a shuttle and then used Lyft. The following morning was not much better the shuttle left 15 min earlier than stated and then the wait was 45min.
Booked this hotel with my cousin for our Seattle trip because the price was reasonable and overnight parking was affordable. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. At check-in, the receptionist had an attitude and said she couldn’t find our reservation because we booked through a “third party,” which we did not.
