This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and I absolutely do not recommend Four Points by Sheraton Seattle. 1. Airport Shuttle not reliable: We waited over an hour for the airport shuttle. 2. Unprofessional Front Desk Service: At check-in, the front desk agent simply handed us the room key with no welcome, no helpful information. When I asked about breakfast, she quickly replied, “There is no breakfast included.” I politely asked her to double-check, and only then she realized there was breakfast included and gave us vo... read more
It's a little longer transit to the airport than some of the other hotels, but they have a nice free shuttle, so it's an easy place to stay before a flight.
I’ve had the best experience staying at Four Points! This is my second time here and both visits have been absolutely wonderful. The location is perfect! very central and close to the airport. The onsite Indian restaurant is a must-try, the food is excellent! A special shoutout to the manager Ikeisha and the night auditor Virginia, who have both been amazing. Their professionalism, kindness, and helpfulness really stood out and made my stay even better. Thank you so much for all your help, I’ll definitely be coming back!
