when i arrived at the hotel the desk staff were unbelievably kind and super enthusiastic which as a 18 year old coming from New Zealand really made me feel at home. The room I stayed in was nice. If you are Under 21 and end up in Scranton I would recommend staying here.
I will not stay in this hotel ever again I usually when I stay in hotels I always check the mattress because of bed bugs. When I check the mattress and the blankets they were so dirty and horrible .they were so nasty I stood there the 5/17/2025 because it was my niece sweet sixteen and the party was in the hotel. I call the front desk and told them that I need a manager on the room like that I can show them how dirty was the mattress and the blankets. The room number was 210. Great service. Comfortable beds. Good location and value.
We stayed at this hotel en route back to Canada. When I say 'dated' I mean 'dated' The bathroom, although it appeared clean, smelled of pee. There was NO hot water, either at night or in the morning. This is not acceptable. The wifi did not work it in the morning. The only plus point was the amazing positive attitude by the gentleman at the desk - I didn't catch his name. I would never stay here again.
