What an amazing experience and graceful staff. Sabrina was a wonderful person all around, and provided exceptional service. The hotel has events supporting local artists and providing entertainment for their guests. They are extremely accommodating and friendly. This is by far the best customer service experience I have had and I will definitely be choosing them first from now on.
My husband and I booked one night at this hotel a couple of weeks ago and was extremely disappointed. The front desk person was extremely nice and helpful. Part of the reason for staying here was because on the website they stated they had a restaurant/bar which I Ioved because we didn't want to have to go anywhere after traveling all day. When I asked she told me it was closed and had been for awhile and probably would not reopen because of the very high cost for a liquor license. when i arrived at the hotel the desk staff were unbelievably kind and super enthusiastic which as a 18 year old coming from New Zealand really made me feel at home. The room I stayed in was nice. If you are Under 21 and end up in Scranton I would recommend staying here.
