Avoid this property - Unprofessional management and zero hospitality I am beyond disappointed with the management at this hotel. Our room was supposed to be ready by 3:00 PM, but when we arrived, we were flatly denied check-in. Instead of an apology or a helpful update, the manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. They told us it would take even longer to accommodate us and essentially "told us off" when we asked for clarification. I have been in room 112, which is right next to the exercise room. People are in their dropping weights on the floor until 11pm and starting at 4:30-5am. It has been difficult to get more than a few hours of sleep. Other rooms in this hotel might be nice but I have had a horrible stay. The air conditioning has also not been working in my room so the room has been between 78F and 80F throughout my stay.
The hotel is nice aesthetically. The rooms are aesthetically nice. However, the service at check in wasn't great. He did not tell me how to get to my room even though he told the guest before me how to get to their room. I ended up going the wrong direction. The walls are PAPER THIN. I heard the loud guests next to me and it sounded like the were banging the walls. I called the desk at 11:45pm and the said the would address it. I'm so utterly hurt and disgusted with this hotel. I made reservations 3 to 4 months before our vacation. My son's asthma was acting up and we decided to travel a little closer to home. I tried to cancel our reservation over 125 days before check-in, because the rules state any later than that and there is no refund. I called the hotel multiple times, begging and pleading to speak with a manager to deal with my cancellation request and was completely ignored.
