This was a completely unacceptable hotel stay for $700 for two nights. It started with our reservation for 3 people, which obviously means the pull out sofa would be utilized. There was no bedding and we had to request it and wait for it to be delivered. We left the next morning and did not return until late in the evening and our room had no cleaning service. Very clean, super nice customer service! Would definitely stay here again. Checked in super late, and didn’t have to wait for anyone to help. Normally on late check ins I have to wait for people to show up from some other place, they were right on it!

Generally a good experience. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there were issues with the air condition in our first room and then the facility had issues with hot water. They made switching rooms to one that had a good air conditioner easy.

The rooms are spacious and nice. Only hiccup, no full length closets, for full length dresses and no room safe. Location is nice, the patio is awesome. The smoking area has great location, bottom of stairs off the patio. They were very accommodating for a special request.

There is NO restaurant whatsoever, no microwave, it's very noisy- guest parties allowed to rage into the wee hours- the bar was seldom open, the air conditioner has no controller (thermostat) in the room, there is no cashier on-site (like to make change for the public bus), and one of the front desk clerks wouldn't even look at me when speaking. It's a weird place, unlike any hotel out of the hundred or so I've ever stayed at.
