A very nice place to stay. Close to everything, beaches and redwoods. Very clean, protected parking. The young man on the front desk was very helpful.
Been here Sunday through Friday and kept returning thinking maybe it will get better but this is my 3rd week here on a business trip, and not many hotels of this caliber, but come to find out, it’s just a name here, beds are old and soft, bed frame is larger then the bed and I banged my knee three times since I first checked in, they service the room every other day and if you request cleaning, face to face and phone calls they agree to do it but it never happens and even skip a day and your left with full trash cans unmade ... read more
This place is great- if all you want is a semi-clean room- and ZERO amenities. No pool ( why? We don’t know- there’s a HUGE courtyard that could totally accommodate), no jacuzzi, no complimentary breakfast, not even a bath tub! Here’s an idea- if you’ve got no extras, and want to charge top dollar, you have a kitchen- OFFER A BREAKFAST FOR FREE. But instead, we were charged an arm and a leg for mediocre breakfast (come on? $6 orange juice???). There serving staff was completely subpar. I just can’t…
Nicely hidden amongst trees
Spent one night at the hotel for a wedding. There was no hot water the next morning to shower. I was not the only guest to complain. I requested a partial refund and spent the following week trying to get a response out of the GM. A week later nothing. Would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.
