Jose makes excellent cocktails (I had the French 75) his service is also prompt and friendly, we will definitely return!
Germán and José Luis excellent service at the Hillside Grill. The food was delicious. We don’t like Brussels sprouts but this ones were great. The chicken was tender. Mashed potatoes creamy. We highly recommend it! We’re definitely coming back.
While the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful, Jose, the bartender, is the person who would make us want to come back to Four Points Sheraton. Not only is he personable, he makes some of the best drinks ever. Be sure to ask him to make you a French 75. Not only was it delicious, it was also exceptionally presented and crafted. CHEERS!
I was in the area for work and they were able to get me checked in early which was great. The issue was I was in a BASEMENT room, literally floor 0. The whole hotel had a weird smell to it, getting worse as you got deeper into the hotel. I was surprised at how outdated this 4 points was, I've stayed in some really nice ones. Stucco ceilings, outdated rugs and all the furniture was scuffed at some level. I ended up leaving a few hours after I arrived. They wouldn't even prorate the room for me. Great Hotel mostly due to, Jose, the bartender at the Four Points restaurant. He makes you feel right at home makes a great Bloody Mary as well.
