Nice place
Wonderfully friendly staff both at registration and at the bar. Jose Luis was very nice and offered great customer service. The food was great. The Four Points has a nice size bar area. I travel to this area regularly and I will stay here again.
I've been staying here two nights a week for about a year and its been fine, mostly. However, be aware that you will be taking your chances as to weather or not you'll have hot water. This has been an ongoing issue and the owner doesn't seem to feel its important enough to fix. During my most recent visit I again didn't have any hot water in my room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, I was told to let the water run for 20 minutes. Not acceptable.
The hotel needs a major remodel
The rooms are very small and DATED. The air conditioner is so loud you have to turn the TV down or stop talking if you are speaking. Lack of security in the parking lot out back. Last night there was a man with a metal bat, swinging it and a young blonde girl sitting in the car smoking and listening to a BOOMBOX at full volume. It was 11:47pm. I saw him earlier in the day in the parking lot with two other LARGE men. I will not return. There are many fake reviews on this hotel, BEWARE.
