The room we stayed in was clean but very old. But the service was incredible! The front desk manager/gal Jackie was so wonderful. She was helpful, accommodating, and made our stay at 4points Sheraton in San Rafael 5 Stars. Thank you
Jackie at front desk help arrange my stay Hassle free when I made my booking.I was greeted by Sofae with a warm friendly smile who checked me in was easy arriving a long trip from Sacramento. She makes me feel at home and is approachable if you need anything like toiletries. I am here for solo stay to get treatment from Kaiser after a car accident with a cast with cane.
