1. Outdated Facilities: Unfortunately, the overall ambiance of the hotel feels outdated. The decor lacks modern touches, and the furnishings appear worn-out. It would greatly benefit from a renovation to bring it up to contemporary standards. 2. I used to stay here frequently for work in 2021/2022 but I recently came back up for work and decided to go back to what I knew... It's a damn shame how much it has declined. The staff is pleasant and everyone was nice to engage with. The location is good because it's far enough away from downtown you don't need to typically worry about your vehicle being vandalized. I had a wonderful experience checking into the Four Points in Prince George! The front desk assistant, Vedant, went over and above the call of duty to help me when all my ways to pay were not working. It was a very stressful time for me, not to mention a very long day of travel and I was exhausted, and Vedant stayed calm and helped me problem solve so we could get the situation fixed.
