Carlos is awesome. Very welcoming
We had a large group in town for a work meeting the team provided excellent service! We had one of our team members have a very stressful day of travel, getting in late and the front desk turned her entire day around with their friendly and positive attitude! Everyone was so friendly and helpful at the front desk and the bar. Overall it is very refreshing stay at this location. I would recommend it for individuals or groups in the area!
I recently stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Plano and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the Alijah the Asst. General Manager was friendly, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. Overall, this hotel offers great value for the price.
