I walked up to the front office and Tamara was not welcoming at all. She did not say hello, she just kept working and walked off and said do you have a reservation or something, and then she mumbled or are you just going to stare at me. I was shocked. I was not rude but will not be staying here again.
I've been to many a hotels. And Samantha the GM here is awesome. She goes above and beyond. Great place. Highly recommend I
