They cancelled my reservation with a 1 hour notice. I was on a flight when they sent an email of a problem with my credit card being expired and by the time I landed in Dallas they had cancelled my reservation. Extremely disappointed in this very lousy customer service and experience. I guess being a lifetime Marriott gold member is meaningless if they treat their guests this way.
10 out of 10. Disappointing fitness room though
Attractive and comfortable hotel and rooms. Well equipped fitness room. Good breakfast. Has a bar that serves drinks and dinner.
