Right off the interstate, great position geographically. Service had nothing negative to report. Room clean, fridge operational, towels fresh. No complaints from me. Heated mirror in bathroom really put it at a 5/5 for me
Location is crummy. Breakfast was gone before it was actually over and wasn't replenished. Nice rooms and lobby. Quiet. Comfy. Would stay again. Had to pay a $150 deposit though which was really high and unexpected for the location. But they reasoned with us and leveled at $100. Nice place.
No refrigerator and microwave in the hotel. WiFi connection was horrible. Could not connect to the WiFi at all and ended up using our cellular data for internet. I also did not get my deposit back as well. I had to call them to get my deposits back ($50). With them having my card information, they took another $50 out of my account instead of returning my deposits back to me. With them now owing me $100. I am still waiting to get my deposit back. Rooms were nice but we got locked out of our room 6 times in one weekend.
