Nice hotel with friendly staff. Cleaning services could be better
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, al lado de time square, pero se le caen 2 estrellas directamente. Muy viejo, vimos cucarachas en la entrada, sus trabajadores en huelga con manifestaciones delante de la entrada, un desastre. Básicamente está al nivel de 1 o 2 estrellas en España.
This place is okay if you want to be near Times Square. The rooms however are small and the bathrooms are smaller. It can do if you want to explore NY but that's about it. There's a reason why it's called 4 Points as you can see each point of the room.
Booked a double hotel room here for a Wed-Sun stay. No issues with the front desk or room service. Gym was bare-bones, just a few cardio machines and one spot for dumbbells. The main problem was the room itself - it was unusually damp, like it had water damage. You could instantly smell it entering the room. While you could get nose blind to it after 15 minutes, the overall humidity would not dissipate.
