Good structure, but someone knocked on my door at 3 AM, I was very scared. I also had many bites similar to bedbug bites.
My husband booked us here for our anniversary. They went above and beyond to decorate our room and leave us a sweet gift basket and card. All of the workers were pleasant and very helpful.
Super hotel très propre ! De qualité Extrêmement bien placé métro au bout de la rue ! Un pas de time Square ! Dommage que la salle du petit dej soit petit mais il suffit d'attendre 5min. Prévoir les bouchons d'oreilles. Mais on y dort tres bien!!!! Je recommande
Our room was next to the elevators, and we’re not even sure if the noise came from they or from the subway right in front of the hotel but it made almost impossible for my wife and our 14-month-old baby to sleep properly. I requested a room change twice, but the staff refused, even though we were staying for five nights. Very disappointing experience and a complete lack of empathy.
