i checked into this hotel and there was an old lady who couldn't speak english yelling at the front desk and they wouldn't bother bringing down somebody who spoke spanish to the point where she started to cry. It turns out that this disgusting hotel took and threw out her prescription and they wouldn't do anything about it until she passed out and she had to wheel her out on a bed to an ambulance. This hotel could have and might have killed an old lady. This is disgusting.
