Loved how the personnel was so kind! The people in the front desk, mainly the guys and specially Rammad, the breakfast host. The rooms were a bit small and a bit humid. The hotel is practically 2 blocks from Times Square and has a mini-market nearby (if you need to buy essentials). In general, it was good

Very impressed with the customer service at this hotel immediately upon walking up to the check in desk. Raquel and Anton went the extra mile to make sure I felt welcomed and received all the perks of my Bonvoy status. You don't always expect a warm and friendly greeting in NYC but I got it. Highly recommend!
