Room 905 (street view)& 908(wall view): The rooms were small but nice. Everything was generally clean. One area, that needed additional attention were the shower heads (are picture above for what happens when you rub it with a towel). The showers are Very NARROW... it is made a bit worse by a grab bar that takes away another 4 inches. The other issue is the water adjustment is difficult to adjust and has no fine adjustment. We had a wonderful family vacation at Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village! The location is unbeatable – close to SoHo’s amazing shopping, restaurants, and coffee spots, plus excellent MTA connections that made exploring the entire city super easy. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our 5-night stay. We had a minor issue with slow drainage in our first room, and the team promptly accommodated our request to move to a higher floor the next day – no hassle at all. Housekeeping is good but don't expect it early. Front staff was always nice amd helpful. The rooms are very small and yes I've traveled world wide. Reconsider the semi opaque doors which wake up light sleepers. The hotel P&L would be improved easily--look at the huge water flows when faucets turned on. The elevators were timely.
