This was our third stay at the Four Points Soho hotel with this being our longest stay at 7 nights. We loved it. With the lobby, bar, restaurant renovation completed it makes this property really great. The location is excellent and the staff really cares about their guests experience. They go out of their way to help and make your stay enjoyable and memorable.

I had an overall decent stay, but I expected a bit more since the hotel is part of Sheraton. I faced two main issues during my stay: 1. There was a cold air leak coming from the window, and the weather was very cold. The staff fixed it temporarily by sealing it with strong tape. 2. The windows had no sound insulation at all. I was on the 8th floor but felt like I was on the ground level. I could clearly hear people on the street and the construction noise even at night. We recently visited NYC for a weekend to celebrate our daughter's birthday and tour the Statue of Liberty. We really enjoyed our stay at the Four Points Sheraton SoHo during this trip! The room was larger than expected (for New York), and surprisingly quiet given the notices of nearby construction. (Unfortunately, our room had no view and faced the neighboring building, but this didn't matter for the brief time we were in the room - and may have helped reduce noise.)
